Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our background removal service. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of placing your order
- Processing of your images has not yet begun
- Your order was placed in error (e.g., duplicate order)
- A technical issue on our end prevented your order from being processed
2. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund:
- If only a portion of your images have been processed, you may receive a refund for the unprocessed images
- If the quality does not meet our service standards, we will first attempt to re-process the images. If you are still unsatisfied, a partial refund may be issued
- The partial refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on unprocessed or unsatisfactory images
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The order has been fully completed and delivered
- You have already downloaded the processed images
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the order was placed
- Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not aligned with the service description
- Your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@brandkitely.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your order number, the email associated with your account, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
